Posterino overview
Posterino offers enhanced customization and flexibility including a variety of new, stylish templates featuring grids of identical or odd-sized image boxes. You can customize the size and shape of these boxes at any time. And with a single click, the application will automatically fill those boxes with random images drawn from the photos you uploaded. If you prefer to manually select images, you can simply drag and drop images into the template.
Sharing your photos is quick and simple as well. You can directly upload your completed collages to your Facebook, Twitter or Flickr account from inside the app, and export photos to iPhoto and your email. Posterino also lets you create and send custom e-cards with your very own stamps and postmarks.
The new features:

- A sleek new user interface: The redesigned interface has a larger workspace, especially handy if you are working on a MacBook.
- Posterino is now sandboxed and supports Retina display.
- Additional requested improvements: We implemented a large number of popular user requests, resulting in a myriad of large and small improvements in many areas of the application.

Fixes
- When using Pixels as the page unit, Posterino now defaults to 72 DPI and consistently enforces this value throughout the app. You can scale pixel-based documents during export (1×, 2×, 3×, 4×) to increase output detail.
- When an image uses Custom Auto-Crop mode, the Fine-Tuning controls are now always visible.

well now, it has become a heavy weight "mosaic-centered" collage editor with a not less heavy price tag. TurboCollage does 90% of what Posterino does, except replacing simplistic background mostly of people portraits. Since my last comment back in April, the price went up $5. And before that the price was something like $40 if I'm correct ? I've been using both for the last 10 years. But last 5-6 years I preferred TurboCollage, because it is more flexible in many ways, and the job well.

Is it so hard to list the price, and what a user gets for a "pro" version? I hate developers that purposely hide or completely leave out this information.

The Pro version (this one) is $75 lifetime license. Or subscription $12/year.
Not clear though, the difference between Pro and Regular(free) ?

This app keeps getting better, and is now by far the best poster maker. It enables you to easily and intuitively set poster size, dpi, photo-margins and poster borders. It automagically makes an attractive tiled poster of any number of images, and supports sorting the photos in a variety of ways, included by filename, so you can establish whatever sequence you want in your photo management software (like Lightroom) and maintain that sequence in Posterino. This is very important in large posters with hundreds of photos. Finally, it is very easy and intuitive to pan/zoom the photos within the Posterino defined frames. I've done many posters as gifts for friends and families over the last 15 years, and with this version of Posterino I'm truly satisfied with the functionality and results.

I’ve been a big fan of Posterino for over a decade now. It is a clean and efficient application that offers a lot of flexibility to the user – it is simple to use (intuitive user interface with many customizable options) and delivers on its purpose. It is a great value for the price and developers are constantly seeking input on how to improve the product. I have found customer support to be very responsive and provided outstanding service.
